Flight home booked!

We booked our flights home last night, we'll be arriving the morning of Thursday Dec 18th and leaving the morning of Sunday Jan 4th. The bassinet is booked for Saoirse, so hopefully she'll sleep some and won't be wandering around the plane for the whole flight. Crazy to imagine it, her walking and getting up to all sorts of mischief!!

Liz and I went for a walk (Saoirse and Ian rolled) on the LG Creek Trail after the Sign With Baby class on Saturday. We walked further than we’d ever gone before, enjoyed the elevated heart rate!

We went for lunch after the walk and then Saoirse and I went home and had a short photo shoot out in the front room! I bought some clips for her hair in Tiny Tots. A light pink one with a kind of wool bow, and a red one with white polka dots, oh so cute! Then yesterday Barrie was golfing again, so Saoirse and I ergo-ed through the farmers market in Campbell, bumped into Carrie, her hubbie and 2 kids. I picked up some more butternut squash. The freezer is well stocked with babyfood now. I also bought an artichoke, haven’t cooked one before, should be interesting.

Testing this blog out

... with a view to Dad using it for his cross country (i.e. the USA) cycle.
